2. After you received the goods, if you do not know how to use it, please feel freely to contactus, we will try our best to deal with all problems.
3. Our company provide 1 year free warranty. Within 1 year, if product parts have problem(like fuse, BMS, case, Charger ), we will provide new parts for free(You need to provide strong evidence that shows these parts have been damaged), you only need to bear the freight. At the same time, we also can provide free technology consulting.
4. Within 5 days after you received the goods, if you find there are problem with goods, please contact us, after our engineer checked the pictures and evidences you provide and make sure it is ture, we will agree to provide new goods to you or return the goods. Both of us bear half the freight. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po number. After we receive you goods, we will refund your full amount.

A: Sample needs 15 days, mass production time needs 20-30 days for order quantity.
